Dan Howell, a boy who can see ghosts around him, and, no, the CIA isn't chasing him, because they labelled him as "mad", even his parents think it, why wouldn't they? It seems crazy, but ghosts are real, and Dan knows this, so does his friend Tyler, because he is one. When the whole world thinks you're a Mad Man, you don't really make friends. But maybe, just maybe, someone needs a Mad Man. And pumpkin the cat, he needs some treats!
