Rose is wild, sarcastic, carefree, and has trouble getting on people's good side. Everyone just thinks that Rose is just the troublesome party girl with a bad reputation.
Carter believes that there is something so much more than all the rumours, and he's determined to find out. However, Rose is not the easiest person to talk to- she's definitely not afraid of stating her opinion.
