Elle Rose suffers from Bulimia, an eating disorder that involves binge eating followed by purging. Like any other, Elle founded it repulsive, vile, pathetic. It wasn't as if she wanted to do this but as the daughter of a eminent fashion designer, she felt as if she wasn't adequate to her mom's expectations.
And to keep it short and simple, we'll just say when Ares Grayson transferred to her school, he became problem #4.
