"Can I hold your hand?" I asked, but he looked confused, like he'd never been asked that before. So I reached over and grabbed his hand, it was warm, and soft.
"Do you wanna go to the bakery?" I happily asked with a big smile on my face.
"Why what would be the purpose of that" he asked and stuck his thumb in his mouth pressing it against his teeth. This made me confused but with a big smile I told him "to get sweets silly" but yet again he had that blank expression. "Is something wrong?" I carefully asked and stopped walking.
