Sometimes we have to be like the seasons and change...
Koda enjoys exploring, just as much as he did when he was a young cub. His personality has become more solid at the core of who he was as he morphed from cub into an understanding bear, who had recently come into this state of adulthood four springs ago. Over time, he also has become a little more independent, giving Kenai and Nita time with their two cubs Alice, Neo and little Scout or Nita who is on the way. Secretly from time to time on his walks around the forest, he still secretly wonders what life would be like if his mother was still alive.
One day, Koda encounters a rogue bear who he planned to chase away. Her name was Sierra, and even after it was revealed that she was not a rogue, there was still something about her that Koda could not shake off. She carries this aggressive aura with her, and is one of those bears who is glad that others choose to steer clear of her path. Just like him, she goes to the Salmon Run whenever she gets the chance, but just naturally blends in with the crowd, something that she didn't mind in the slightest.
From then on, Koda cannot seem to untangle his path in life from hers, having one pleasant encounter with her day by day. He is on his own with this one, for Nita is stressing on how to be the perfect mother while Kenai is too busy focusing on soothing her. In fact, he cannot even go to the ancestors for answers because they are the core of his problem and are known for not giving direct or clear answers.
And his question? What could the ancestors possibly have in store for him when he seemed to have the perfect life?
