I have tried my best to differentiate myself from the other Pokémon Fact Books to bring a whole new and fun experience for the reader. Hopefully you will enjoy the many things I have done to make this book fun and maybe find some of the "bonus" things I have hidden within the book.

My sisters say that now that I can write well, I should write in this journal. They say this will help me get better. They think it would be good for me to have a safe place for my feelings. (My story starts off slow and full of background, I like making a stable foundation before actually writing, so the book won't be as enjoyable until you reach around chapters 3-4 and over.)

Red, a 10-year-old Pokémon Trainer, after rejecting the oppurtunity to become the Viridian City Gym Leader must continue his quest of becoming a Pokémon Master to the Johto Region. Here he will be met with similar challenges, mainly - Team Rocket. Frequently Asked Questions: Q - This book has a crossover? A - The book crosses over with @Bossun24 's Pokemon Leaf Chronicles for 6 chapters. The crossover had been planned 1 year prior to its publishing. Q - Why is Leaf replaced by Lyra? A - Leaf is not replaced by Lyra, both characters are different in their own ways. I wanted to get Leaf out of the picture for a different kind of character growth. Lyra is Red's cousin sister, with Red being an experienced trainer, he acts like a mentor to her. Q - So time travel happens in this one? A - It does, and its fun how it plays out. Q - Who is this Masked Man? There was a masked man in the manga too. A - While the idea was original, a mystery man who structures every Team Rocket plan and assists Giovanni. I was shocked to see that the manga had someone named "Masked Man" as well. Q - Who is this Masked Man? And why is he important? A - A mystery man controlling every aspect of a criminal organisation and has been the true mastermind of Giovanni's every plan? Sounds pretty important to me. As for his identity, I was very unsure if I was ever going to reveal it as it was not very important at first until the second book was coming to an end.
