His arms bled the pain he felt deep down in his chest, his eyes dilating as he faced his demons straight in the eye, the ones that took a hold of his mind, turning the young happy boy to someone who feared himself. Hi this book goes into detail of my own mental illness. It took me some strength to open up and share my experiences of the disorders that I once heard of and now are labeled with. Mental illness isn't something to take lightly and should be talked more about so this book will give an insight over mental illness covering some of my own experiences.
