"Why are you always making flower crowns?" I hear a voice say to me.
    
    I look up and find Hunter looking down on me. I shrug and go back to picking daisies and putting them together.
    
    "Are you going to answer me?" He asks.
    
    I shake my head but don't look up. He starts to walk away when he stops then comes back and sits down in front of me.
    
    I finally finish my chain and I put it on my head. I look up and see he is still there watching me.
    
    I smile realising he is the first person to actually stay with me.

    Katerina Waters used to be classed as a chatter box, not anymore though. When she was 15 she became mute, something no one wants to be. She never socialises and no one wants to be her friend until a new boy who under stands comes to her school. 
    
    Hunter Beckett is the new meat at South Creek High in Texas. When you are new you either get into good group of popular people or into the groups of nobody's. Or you can be like Katerina, a nobody but has no group to be with.All Rights Reserved
