Evelin Mears grew up in a wealthy family. When she finished school, she decided to take her love for helping people and venture out into the world to help those in need. She found work at a school for children orphaned during the Loteska civil war. Along with four other volunteering students, she helped at the school to educate the children and provide them with a safe, caring environment to live. But one day, a gas leak ignites a massive explosion, destroying the school.  Amazingly, Evelin lives. She was pulled to safety just in time by another student, Nile. Together the two must struggle to survive and find any living children. But will a budding romance distract them from their mission?
