Every human and every other living being has a mark on their chest. Just a small mark, well half of it. One half has to find their other half, or their soulmate. One man in particular has never found one through out his years in life. This man is named Arthur Kirkland, and a stubborn mule he is for not finding one. Everywhere he looks, everyone he sees, he can never find his half. But one day, while he was walking home, thinking of giving up, he met with his turning point in his depressing life.
