This is my first Phanfiction so probably not my best. This is a agent phan au where Dan and Phil are both 16 and live in an underage training base where they learn how to become undercover agents and protect England. It's Dans first day and he's already being targeted by the bully, but Phil might not be as bad as he makes out to be.
