Children play games. Which is ordinary right? In an adult's eyes the children are just playing the game quietly. But ever since a certain day, for children, each game can be matter of life or death. But without battling, a child can slowly be reduced to dust on the inside Annabelle herself has never entered into the battles. Seeing them as terrifying but necessary. But when it finally occurs to her that she should be dead, she decides she wants answers. But the only way to get them is by working her way up the ranks to the top, asking the higher ranks along the way. She strives to reach the top rank and be the one to communicate with the Angels. Only her brother stands in her way. How much does she really know about James? But don't worry. It's only a game after all. Isn't it?

**Revamped Description** So let's say history has a bad habit of repeating itself. Charlotte Blake has suffered a series of devastating losses and would kill to be just ordinary. Well ordinary is kinda hard to do when you discover you belong to a werewolf hunter bloodline, or better yet, that you're mated to the very thing you're destined to destroy. The stakes run high and the tables are constantly turning. Can Charlotte manage the impossible? Can she love a monster and honor her ancestors? But let's not forget, history has a bad habit of repeating itself, and well, the past was never too pretty.
