I have never shared a piece of my writings with another until I came on here. Writing is a true escape for me. Maybe this isn't poetry. Maybe it is.

I'm not sure how to start this; to be honest, I'm not even sure how to write this. If there's one place we can start, my brain, the most fragile yet sacred thing I've ever owned. Again, I'm unsure how or where to start with this, but let's start by being honest. I think a lot, and I'm sure you do too, so let's think together. (this is an original piece)
Something blossoming
(UNEDITED) Him: And she had me then, tangled in her integrate web, I wanted to find out more about her, everything about her. Thaw the iced glaze over her eyes, melt to cold walls around her with my touch, my attention. Her: I could see the sunshine though the water like an oil painting. Breathtaking. I reached my arm up, as if to touch it, only to meet more water. I frowned. Staying there till my lungs burned, how easy would it be. To just stay here, at the bottom of this creek. Staring at the oil painted sun until my body finally gave up trying to find air. I would just drift away with the water. No one here. No one was around. How peaceful. How fitting to end my violent story with the soft ripples of this creek. -------------------------- Mature themes Both broken. Both with dark pasts. Can they overcome the demons together? WARNING : Written when I was young, my mind was everywhere, read at your own cost. She had to run. She ate her own child on command, there was nothing she could do about it. Loved him with all her heart yet there she was picking his pieces from the soup and putting him in her mouth. She had to be limp on command, laying down defenseless on the bed so he could take her the way he wanted without care if he had impregnate her. After all, what kind of daughter would she be if she disobeyed her father.Complete

I have to do this, I have to. I kept telling myself that as I leaned closer and closer to her beautiful face. Wait.....WHAT?? No, it's just a dare, you don't have time to develop emotions James. Think think think!! But I couldn't once her soft lips were pressed against mine. What happens when you fall for the person you never expected to?
