A cold gust of wind slapped my as I ran up and down the unknown sidewalk. The same thoughts kept stirring in my mind and made my heart pound.
'How did I get here?! What is this place?' I wanted to scream out but all that came to my mouth was a voice that I didn't recognize. I could feel my knees start to buckle, and I fell to the ground gasping for oxygen. This place seemed foreign to me; it looked as a place that came from my dreams. All the people seemed to not see me- they just kept walking.
"Where am I?!" I shouted civilly. But still no one turned. Nobody glanced. Nobody heard me. It was like I wasn't even . . . it was like I wasn't even there.
