You may think this is a fairytale told to you by your parents when you were young. But we are water, dirt, fire, and even the air you breath. There are many more of us with gifts given to us from the outbreak many years ago. We are known as the Specials. We are not able to live past the age of 22.
But I changed it all. I was born with a unique ability that no one else has. So here is mine and my friends stories on how we will win the battle between us and them.

The only goal in life is to stay alive. Think about it, it's true. Some people just can't accomplish it while others barely pass with each passing day and a small percent excel at accomplishing it. For some people it's an easy task and they can look to other things, but for others it is a daily struggle. For me and my family it's a daily struggle. My name is Rose Loera and I am 19 years old. I am three months away from being forced into the military like every other unemployed Bronze in the world. Bronzes are those in the world who bleed that color, have no special powers, and are forced to lead their lives in squalor. Bronze lives in the dirt while the Silvers rule the nation with their amazing powers. Their powers are the only reason Bronzes still live like we do, we're too scared.
