Katherine Black decides to get her grandmother an urn for her 78th birthday. A day later, her grandmother dies. After cleaning the house and finding the urn, Katherine decides to keep it as a memory, but she soon realizes that it contains someone's ashes.
Katherine starts hearing voices and seeing fog everywhere she goes, and after a few sleepless nights, she moves in with her mom to lay low for a while. Thankfully, everything stops. Katherine moves back home, only to find someone sitting in her living room.
