(Basically the movies plot but with y/n which is a girl, P.S, sorry all males, but you don't matter :D) Y/n, who is 16, has always know she was special. Her grandfather would tell her many stories about the island and Emma. But when her grandfather dies...she's lost. Somehow she decides to convince her parents to take her to Cairnholm island. And she soon finds out..all of it was real, and she begins to form a special bond with the headmistress, Miss Peregrine.

Rose Portman is the older sister of Jacob Portman, the nineteen year old is in her second year of San Fransisco University, but what if one day she gets and urgent call from her parents saying her grandfather has passed away? She goes back to California as soon as possible to help comfort her younger brother, the two of them find out the truth to the stories that their grandfather would tell them. Will romance blossom between Rose and one of the oldest peculiar children? It's quarantine, I'm bored, I thought why the hell not?

Abraham Portman believed her when she told him what she could see, because he could see them too. He began training her to fight them, all the while allowing her to grow close to his grandson Jacob, the boy she would one day love. The boy she would one day protect from the monsters, until he could protect himself. I will be going by the books, not the movies, even though I loved the film. Some of the actors will be the same, but Olive will still be a little girl who floats, Emma will have fire powers, Hugh and Fiona will still be teenagers, and the loop date will be September 3rd, 1940.
