There is a society where the government limits the amount of words you can say. You have a watch like counter on your wrist. They gave it to you when you turn 10. It has been three years since Tacie has gotten hers. Tacie is given about 20 words to say each day. She has been totally silent for those three years. She learned sign language to talk to her family. She has not said one word to anyone else. And then she goes viral.

The Silent Melody
The world is loud. There are those who make no sound. Billions of people on the planet, some make no sound, some hear no sounds, and some don't see what's making the sound. Humans take their voice for granted, they don't realize what it's like not to be able to say what you're thinking. Humans don't realize what it's like not to be able to listen to the world. They don't realize what it's like not to be able to look at the stars and see the beauty in the sky. I can see, I can hear, but what I can't do is speak for myself.
