The rebillion never happened the hunger games still go on and now its the 100th Hunger Games which mean Quarter Quill and this years twist is the worse. As a reminder to the rebels that familys were being torn apart beacause of them each District is to send siblings into the arena. 24 siblings fighting to the death.
