Millie Ross, the daughter of the rich Pendulum Ross, is a teenager trapped inside the lair of a monster. She's been there for four years, and used weightless words to keep the monster from killing her and the three other people that were taken with her. But then, a new prisoner is dragged in: Dean Winchester. With nothing but the clothes on their backs and their wits, the five have to get out before the monster finds out the truth about Millie and her friends.
Meanwhile, outside, everyone is convinced that Sam Winchester is insane. The monster that took his brother lit the forest on fire, and he was dragged from the wreckage. Now, as he waits in a hospital for any news of Dean, he can only hope that his brother is out there somewhere.

People are dying left and right, but the only person who has a good idea about who is murdering people is Amy. Two new people came to the hospital also. Who are they?
