In her life of solitude she finds her fated mate. The thing is her mate is human, specifically a hunter for the "Shifter Populations". A group dedicate to taking out shifters because they are seen as dangerous to the world. Little as she knows her mate is the very hunter that killed her uncle when she first arrived in Salem. She struggles with the truth of his past and weather she wants the pain of rejection from denying the bond of her fated mate for the rest of her life and killing him for revenge, or living with the constant reminder of her uncles death and accepting love. And if she dose accept Justin as her mate if she should tell him who she truly is and worrying of his acceptance of her.
