Upon starting a journey, Cerise Oak meets someone her age by the name of Gladion. As she is rushed over to meet his family, she soon finds out about how they escape from certain people because of their race. She reads up on the subject finding out what families they originated from.

She trains very hard to protect herself and her new family, and she finds herself in a big battle against her greatest enemy, but it isn't who she suspects.

It all goes downhill when she loses the love of her life because of an unknown power. She manages to survive, but he isn't so lucky.

I do not own Pokemon or the characters. I wish I did though!
