Sam is now 10 years old and has just moved to South Park with his older brother Kurt who is twenty one and his younger sister Kylie who is six. Sam, as previously stated, is 10 years old now, but does not feel comfortable in their own skin. When he makes friend with the guy will they find out the truth? The truth that he is actually a she? All Sam wants to do is be one of the guys, but she is afraid to let the truth slip out and then be shunned by her new found friends. What will she do? Will she tell them? and if she does, how will they react?
