After sixteen years of neglect and resentment, Saoirse Ayncourt's life is finally ready for change after she receives her Masters degree, and is eager to complete her goal to be a Botanist and Bioscientist. After years of dedication and hard work, her passion is to go into the field to discover plants to cure diseases but things change when her mother begs for a favor.

As much as Saoirse wishes to ignore her mother Fallon, she can't. She is well aware that Fallon won't ever win mother of the year awards, especially since her obsession with quantum physics and finding Eoin, Saoirse's missing father, overrode her maternal instincts. Even with her anger, Saoirse stops cold when she realizes her mother has built a portal to a different realm. And it's not just any realm but the land of the Sidhe, Tir Na Nog.

However, things take a turn for the worse when Saoirse spies through a looking glass that her father, Eoin, built which reveals that the Fae are ill. Even worse is the fact that her parents are too because Eoin is Fae and he's mated to Fallon for always.

Saoirse must shove aside her ire towards her parents, cross the veil into Tir Na Nog, and find a cure or she may never have the chance to forgive them for the lies and abandonment she's felt all of her life.

Estelle Beaumont just wanted a peaceful hike on her last day of vacation. Instead, one ill-starred moment of curiosity leaves her miraculously stranded in the fictional world of Prythian--a faerie realm full of ruthless court drama, rampant misogyny, and enough deadly magic to keep anyone up at night. Armed with foreknowledge that's only helpful when it isn't actively trying to get her killed, Estelle quickly discovers that living through the story of ACOTAR is far less fun and far more perilous when it's her own basic-ass, untrained mortal life on the line. Her plan is simple: keep her hands off of the plot and survive long enough to find a way back to the family and love she left behind. But the so-called "Mother" clearly has other plans for Estelle, forcing her to confront an unsettling truth--that her role here in Prythian might be far greater than that of a passive observer. As Estelle reluctantly abandons her original plan, uneasy alliances form, old wounds reopen, and fractured trust begins to mend. Love, loss, and scars of the past converge as Estelle slowly starts to see that the family she thought she'd lost might take a new shape, and that the life she left behind might be the only reason she's prepared for the fight ahead. But the cost of shaping Prythian's future--and her own--might be greater than she can bear. After all, it's a future that was never meant to be hers to begin with. And this is all that damned Cauldron's fault... ☆⊱──────⊰ ☽✧☾ ⊱──────⊰☆ A/N: This fanfiction is purely self-indulgent. If you don't like self-insert/iseki like tropes were an original character who read the books ends up in the fictional world as the new main character, you might want to skip this. Somethings will stay very familiar, others will diverge completely, and I plan to add extra world building along the way. Slowburn romance.

"You think I give a shit about everyone else in Prythian if it's your life on the line?" Azriel snapped. Eclipse's eyes watered and she looked away in frustration. Azriel reached forward and grabbed her chin forcing her to look at him. Eclipse's breath caught in her throat at the intensity of his stare. "If it's you or Prythian, I will light the fucking fires myself and burn it all to the ground." "Az-" she breathed softly staring into his hazel eyes. "No. I waited 500 years for this, for you, and if you think that I will ever be okay with spending one Cauldron damned second of this life without you from this point forward, then you are sorely mistaken." He stared deeply into her eyes. "If you.. Mother.... If you die Eclipse there's no fucking point to anything. Mate or not you are the light of my life. Nothing makes sense without you, it's all just blood and shadow without you and I can't, I won't go back to that. So if you go, then I'm following right behind." What if, hear me out, but what if Rhysand's sister hadn't been the youngest of his blood relations. What if, before her death she had been married off to the heir to the Day Court? What if they had a daughter? Born somewhere in between the day and night, a bridge between the courts. Powers from both. An affinity to control the light and dark, an intuition so keen she had never been wrong a day in her life, an affinity for magic and spells so strong she could rival her father, known by many names. The Warrior Princess, the Candle in the Dark, Daydreamer, Eclipse; Spell Weaver.

"Before the sun sets on the winter solstice you must find this Illyrian, carve out his very essence Under the Mountain where it all began." ---- Althea was the daughter of the Tamlin, High Lord of the Spring Court, famed for his bitterness. She had spent her life training and trying to prove herself, that she could rise to be the first High Lady in the history of their home and finally destroy the ancient patriarchy of her Court for good. But that was not her only challenge now. Not since her father was infected by a mysterious new sickness in Prythian, a seemingly incurable curse that weakened him day by day. But after catching a Suriel she didn't expect to find that the path to save the only family she had left lied in that dreaded place of nightmares - the Night Court. A place in which she would now have to become an assassin in order to get the cure. To slay a warrior for his blood, one trained by the strongest Illyrians in existence. To kill an heir, to kill Nyx, son of her father's greatest enemies. The choice for who lives and dies lies in Thea's hands and the balance of the futures of two courts of Prythian. She will be forced to challenge her morals, embark on a dangerous journey and may even end up questioning all she had ever been taught by her own father about the Night Court and the people in it ... But between spring and night, her only family and an Illyrian - the choice should surely to be easy.
