Everybody has a dark side.
Glenn Rhee was probably the most kind and caring person out of the whole group of survivors in the apocalypse. He could make friends with somebody by talking to them for five minutes. He was funny at times, and serious when he had to be. He always made sure to put others before himself, and was always determined to do the right thing. He just might have been the last pure-hearted man in that damned world.
That is, until Negan shows up and takes something from him that he would never forget.
Something that would drive him to the brink of insanity.
Something he wouldn't be able to let go.

SHE LEARNED TO LICK THE KNIVES DIPPED IN POISON. Nothing was ever given to Rebekah Dixon on a damn silver platter. Everything that made up her core being was embedded in survival. Nobody was coming to save her like a damned princess locked in an ivory tower. Her life was in shambles the minute she was born to an alcoholic, abusive father. One brother half in and out of her life like clockwork every few weeks, juvie, jail, and the other brother who tried his damned best to shield her. Even if it was futile. He just kept coming and coming. Until he didn't. GLENN RHEE was just a pizza delivery boy swarming in debt, barely making ends meet when the rise of the dead began. Pizzas. A different kind of survival was embedded in who he was the moment he left the safe haven of Michigan and ventured to Macon. He knew the ins and outs of the city better than the mayor himself, probably, and that was the sole reason he survived the initial onslaught of the dead. His family was surely dead. All gone, wiped off the face of the earth as far as Glenn knew. When he met Rebekah, all Glenn could think was that maybe the end of the world wasn't so bad if he could look at her. She was hardened, not much of a talker. Not like he was, and yet.. He could not stop trying to get the girl to smile.
