It is quite evident that the Internet has changed the way news is gathered, processed and delivered. Many are of the opinion that print and television, as means to deliver news are in a state of terminal decline. This belief is supported by the steep fall in circulation figures and advertising revenues for print journalism across the world.
A departure from the usual seems to be Newstrack.com - a Lucknow-headquartered news portal, that delivers the Top news headlines of india in three different languages: English, Hindi and Urdu. Although there are already a fair number of news websites in operation in India, Newstrack doesn't appear to be a useless addition. In fact, it is a pretty decent place to catch up with the news headlines from India and the world; besides news from the world of politics, current affairs and sports, the website also features 'Entertainment' and 'Health and Lifestyle' sections. Other useful sections include 'Tech Track' - which provides reviews of newly launched gadgets, 'Trending' - a glimpse of the most discussed recent news topics, 'Social Media'  - a look at what is doing the rounds on social media platforms, 'Power Whispers' - news from the power quarters, 'Education/Career' - news from the education and employment sectors and 'Opinion' - expert views on the top stories.
While the in-depth coverage of national and international issues caters to the needs of those who seek to be informed, a welcome drift from all the serious stuff may be 
found in 'Astro News Online'. 
'Daily Horoscopes' have been much popular with readers, and appear in most newspapers across the nation. 'Migrants' to this new age platform are thus likely to find the Astronomy News, providing an overview of the day ahead, of quite some value.
All-in-all, Newstrack.com has the potential to make a mark in the e-news industry.
