Dawn Churchill lives in Utopia, an ideally perfect place, until she commits a crime: she publicly disagreed with the government. She is banished to what some consider hell, Dystopia, a prison created to torture all the criminals in the world. They say everything is bad there, that fear is pumped into the air there and all the worst of humankind roams freely destroying as they please. Apparently, all of the mutated monsters that the government created have been set free in there to kill us. But what about the wrongly accused? And why, if everything is so perfect in Utopia, do they have to make addictive peace serum to keep the people at peace? Only the strong can be themselves. Only the willful can survive.
