When The college Scarlett goes to sends her on a specific mission which entails her to not meet anyone new in a new place, running into them isn't exactly preferred.

Scarlett is your typical phan trash (of course she'd never admit that tho) who's probably been obsessing over Dan and Phil for the past 5 years. So when an opportunity takes her to London she maybe secretly hoping she meets them, even tho she isn't allowed to.
