His mother has to work continuously at the police station in a small town known as Green Bay. Being tired of being ignored Elmer sets out on a journey to stop the criminals and bring his mom home. But what happens when he finds out there is a reason so many things become stolen? Will he turn the thieves in or will he stand with them as a runaway.
