Once upon a time, Perseus Jackson was the two time hero of Olympus. The son of Poseidon. The Prince of the sea. He had a heart of gold and an untamed spirit. With the fame of heroics and apraisal of best swordsmanship, his modesty glowed. A loyal soldier and natural born leader. The sweetest man to walk the Earth. He faught for love and he fought for family. He fought with a reason and he faught with passion. He turned down forever and embraced mortality. He was a legend. To every fairy tale is it's happy ending. To every myth is it's adventure, waiting. To every legend is it's tragic truth. Perseus Jackson, the most known legend of them all. Perseus Jackson, a legend none the less, whitnessed the end of his time. The end of a hero, came slow and painful. A poison made of people, turning their backs against the tide. Ask the recipe for insanity, instructions are simple. Take the number one hero, twist all he has done into lies, throw him to the wolves. Take away his hope, his faith, and his strength, by the handle of a blade, as sharpe as night. Watch his blood leak out, listen to his cries. Don't teach him the word 'mercy', not even it's meaning. Show him what he's gaining, never what he's losing. Train him in the shadows, to be swift and sly. Show him how cold, his warmth really is. Build a man from pain. Build a man from suffering. Build a man from darkness. Build a man from misery. Watch with satisfaction. All the work is done. A man has been unraveled, then woven anew. What once was a golden heart and a silver soul, comes a bronze weapon deadliest of all.

Athena said Loyalty will kill him. Loyalty will kill. Maelstrom will destroy. Mystique will torture. He is Perseus, the worst of them all. ----/----/----/----/ His name was Percy Jackson. He was loyal. He was brave. He was powerful. He was betrayed. He was the hero of Olympus. Now, he's Perseus, or sometimes Mystique, or sometimes Maelstrom. He's still loyal. He's definitely still brave. He's very powerful. But he's not the hero of Olympus. Not anymore. I do not own PJO or HOO characters Rick Riordan does. (Warning:I started this when I was 12)
