Kathryn meets a girl from her new school named Lacie. Everyone knows Lacie is the "weird" kid, and is hiding something. Kathryn is the only one that knows she's from a Halloween City, which was not of this world. Lacie takes Kathryn to Halloween town, and suddenly everyone finds out that's where Lacie's from. Can Kathryn help Lacie stop people spreading Lacie's secret about being from Halloween City? Or will the secret reach others who will try to destroy Halloween City and all their citizens..?
