(My first fanfic so please don't judge!)
Lucy Heartfilia is the new girl at Fairy Tail High. She's a beautiful, talented, and smart girl, but she's a mute. She used to always have a smile on her face, until her mother died. After a month her father, Jude Heartfilia, started drinking and some weeks later he started abusing her. But then she meets Natsu Dragneel, the heartthrob of the school. He starts flirting with her but she just pushes him away. Natsu who's never been denied sees this as a challenge to make Lucy Heartfilia fall for him, but he never knew that he would be the one that would fall for her first.

When we meet again

What happens when they get assigned to be partners on a school project after not speaking for four long years? And finding out she just happens to have gotten a job at the same place Natsu works? Will their love blossom as quickly as when they were twelve? Or will they never be meant to be with each other ever again.
