As the world sinks into the grip of a new Cold War, many gangs in Australia use the commotion to grow their power while the international community looks the other way.

When all-out hell breaks loose on the streets of Sydney, Cain Smyth, an experienced mercenary, finds himself thrown into an underworld of hidden politics and insane tyrants after he's hired to eliminate the representative of a powerful street-gang.

But as Cain's orders become increasingly shady, he can't help but wonder if he might just be a subtle pawn in the larger Cold War.
