Some memories fade. Some memories fight back. Since the tragic accident that stole her mother, 16 year old Jennifer Daft lives with only faint memories of her mother, and herself. And on top of her mothers death, lays the fact that Jennifer can't help but notice. She left her with him. Even she begins to notice the shadows that stalk her steps. Frightening hallucinations, and unforgivable actions her father can do to her that leave Jen fearing for her mind. Her sanity. Only a strange new boy, Griffin Cole seems to notice Jennifer's struggles, mostly because he seems to trigger some of her reactions, too. The touch of his skin sends her to consuming visions of magic, monsters, fear, and even her own lost past. But while Jennifer clings to the world she thought she knew, she can't help but fall in love with a truth she can't explain-even as she is falling into the arms of an old friend with more secrets than she ever knew. Noticing the new, truer world around her, Jennifer must bend the lines between right and wrong to navigate the harsh world of bargains, curses, and a love that tests her very sanity. But sometimes it’s good to go a little crazy in love… ~Note To People Who Don't Follow: Yes, Jennifer's dad abuses her~

After losing all of his memories, a man wakes up in an unknown world where nothing makes sense. All the natural laws are broken, the objects have no physical logic. The only thing he has is his own mind and a diary to write everything he thinks of during his loneliness. Will he be able to achieve what he wants? To escape this new universe and go back home, to remember what happened and why he is lost, to finally find others like him in a world that isolated him? Or will he be trapped there forever with nothing more than a diary? "Dear Diary: Faded Home" is a psychological thriller that is meant to show a reality, but also an illusion of the real world. While the story is pure fiction and it is not based on real events, it can also happen in the real world even if we are not aware. But after all, reality can also be an illusion.
