It was dark, wet, and cold, and they were tumbling. Around and around and around. Kate laid on her back stuck in her seatbelt when a figure came slowly toward her... So that's just a part from the book! It's basically about Kate that was in a car accident and lost her mom but her dad left and doesn't want anything to do with them. It was a miracle that she even survived. So now she lives with her Grandparents and her identical twin brothers, Jake and Joshua both 9, and her little sister Ashley, age 7. And basically, her five best friends Paisley, Sarah, Scarlett, Bella, and Emy. Now, Kate doesn't know how she got out of that car reck. But on the first day as a Junior, she is drawn to a mysterious guy who seems to know everything about her. Now, she is seeing a whole new world that no one has ever discovered before... Will she be able to discover these new powers and save the rest of those she loves?
