This is a two-parted story (two authors) about two 15 year old twins names Amber (Amber's character) and Cassandra Louise (Ingrid's character).
Amber lives with her mom, her stepdad and her little brother in England where she dates Kevin, a guy that is too old for her. She loves to sing.
Cassie lives in Detroit with her dad Sam and her adopted little brother William, but they move to Lawrence, Kansas in the beginning of the story. Cassie also loves singing, and she's writing a lot.
But something happens and the family has to come together again. How will this go on?

They are two girls from two different worlds: Cora, who is rich and lives with her mom, and Lorelei, who is poor and lives with her father.
