The twin of good and evil

Taria lives in a world where everyone has is born with a twin. One is good and the other is evil. They are born with a mark that shows if they are good or evil but Taria doesn't have a mark and Taria's brother died at birth. The Judish (the government) are trying to figure out if she is good or bad. When she finds a file with a picture of a boy in her dreams she finds out that her brother might be alive. But everyone is trying to stop her from finding him.
Meanwhile, Adriano is on a ship with four members of the Dionas, a group from Kileto trying to overthrow the Judish and get rid of their laws. Adriano wants to prove himself but during a mission the ship crashes stranding Adriano and Cadrion, one of his crew members on Kileto.
