One With The Shadows

Ten year old odd ball Natalie Summers has had a hard life. So it's no surprise to the public that she has some unusual habits. From sneaking around to disappearing into thin air, she's considered to be a sore spot in society. But the day her alcoholic, single mom is arrested, she runs away and in recruited into the league of assassins. Four years later, she is sent to Gotham on orders to find the lost bird. Her morals are pure, but when she discovers the real purposes of her mission, she is crushed. Then she meets a very interesting boy her age who is able to give her a better life. There is a catch though, she would have to be part of a crime fighting group lead by the Dark Knight himself, and she has only been trained to kill.
