Jamie Babineaux. A Louisiana made girl moving to the land of oranges and vacations, a place she thought she'd only go to during spring break to visit her grandma. Florida. Not even near the coast, where her life could of been full of shirtless guys and boardwalks.
Instead, She's moved far from the place she's called home her whole life, and dropped in the middle of Florida, where she can't even stalk hot natives while mourning.
Instead of half naked surfer guys, she gets an egotistical neighbor named Colton. Something about Colton gets on her nerves, and something about Jamie makes Colton want to get on her nerves.
All in all, Jamie is a pretty average 17 year old girl. Okay, maybe she isn't.

You know the old saying fake it til you make it? Well my best friend took that a little too seriously. Caitlyn came up with a crazy scheme to help me finally get the guy I had been crushing on for three years. Her plan was a little unorthodox to say the least. She decided that her and her boyfriend Colton should stage a break up so I could pretend to date him for a month. He was the quarterback of the football team and the most popular guy in school.
