When the power couple Diego and Shira find a portal in an old cave next to the ocean, they're whisked away to the magical world of New York.
Bewildered, panicked, and not to mention human, the couple is taken in by a secretive mother and her family. Thinking they are safe, Diego and Shira settle in trying to figure out how to get back home.
But when the city becomes more threatening, and lives are put at stake, the lovebirds must put their faith in their new friends and each other to make it back home alive.
(Set not long after collision course).

They try to escape the grasp of WICKED as they make their way through the Scorch in search of the Right Arm.
