Not only will she encounter a familar friend within their group, but she's also faced with the undeniable chemistry that starts to form with none other than Daryl Dixon. Events that no one saw coming leads the group straight to heartbreak and war. The foundation Rick and his people built in the prison shatters and everything is put on the line. Including their lives. As he lay dying on the dirty floor, his life is saved by a complete stranger. These two loners find that living life together is so much better than doing it alone. I haven't written a story in the first person since Broken. It's not as easy as it sounds, but I enjoyed the challenge. This story has taken me months to write and I finished it just days after the Season 8 midseason finale. Any similarities to that episode are pure coincidence. I wrote the chapter (You'll know which one) months before Season8 even started. For anyone that is newly following me or reading my books, I write differently than most. You only start to get chapters once the entire story is written. And it finally is. I hope everyone enjoys Angel.
