The Final Heir

Thousands of years before her time, lived a man who worshipped the earth and all it bore for him. When he would take from her, he would give back ten fold. Planting trees and breeding animals for each one he ate simply for them to live in place of the one taken. One day she took notice of the man's humble ways and bestowed upon his fleeting race a gift in which no others will hope to possess.

Terra the earth gave the man and his people the gift to see all in which she could see. Do in which all that she could do, the dancing and melodies of the forest spirits, the ability to bend nature to their will and all its bounty, and finally the gift of immorality.

These people were Then given the name elvens by terra. Hence forth the elvens will grow and be prosperous for they had loved terra and so she would return this love. And so they grew wiser and their people grew living happily in the yagasol forest but in return the humans grew jealous and angry of terras biased love so they attacked them.

Terra protected the elvens by putting up a barrier to protect their forest and keep them hidden. Since then the elvs lived in secrecy sepereated from the distasteful human race who hoped to end them for a hundred years. Enter Aofie the daughter to the king and mother to the next heir lives a happy life with her husband and child behind the barrier as all do. Until the day a hole in the barrier was seen by a human wandering the forest. History repeated it self so it seemed and humans launched their attack to capture an elven.

In the scramble her husband goes missing in action and her son is stoked from her by a knight in full armor. How far will a mothers love and drive take aofie to find and rescue her child Leo chant from being used is the humans sick game of warfare or something more? For the sake of her kingdom and late husband she leaves the safety of the barrier for answers With two months being the longest an Elven can ever last outside the barrier
