A Walking Dead fanfic about the much younger sister, who is in her late 20s, of Abraham. Ashley was studying psychology at the University of Atlanta when the world went to hell. She tried getting back to her family back in Texas but never made it and settled down in Woodbury. When the Governor attacked the prison, Rick came to get the people of Woodbury. Ashley made a home at the prison with the group and they slowly became her family. Daryl took a liking to Ashley and they became close friends but deep down both cared for each other more than they let on. When the Governor then attacked the prison the second time Daryl and Ashley got separated. Daryl with Beth, and Ashley with Glenn and Tara. While searching for Maggie, They ran into Abraham, Rosita, and Eugene. Abraham and Ashley had a very tearful reunion. The group eventually reunited but lost a few loved ones along the way. They eventually made it to Alexandria. Now they are with the Alexandrian's going over plans to get a huge herd of walkers out of a quarry and away from Alexandria......this is the beginning of season 6 and will eventually go into season 7 and so on. Hope you enjoy!

A/N: This is the updated version of FYD <3 Y/n L/n was your average college student before the world went to shit. She lived in Atlanta with her childhood friend, Glenn, and had never once left the city after she had moved there, apart from the occasional visit to see her Mother, whom was hospitalised in another state. However, the end of the world changed that, forcing her to leave the city and wander the highway. Permanently. When the city was overrun, she was separated from Glenn and forced to flee the city, which she hadn't left for years. With no idea where to go or what to do, she simply wandered down the highway. And though she may have been a city kid, she was far from useless. She was used to fighting for her life and she was used to being alone, so to say the very least, she could handle whatever the end of the world threw at her. Equipped with her trusted bow, Lucy, and her fathers vintage revolver, she was ready for anything. Dead or otherwise. A few months after the 'End', Y/n eventually came across a lost little girl, and a group of survivors hurled up on a farm. She never was a people person and never got along too well with others, but she couldn't just abandon the girl. Would she find a home in this group? Would they become family? Or was she doomed to wander alone? Would she ever reunite with Glenn? Her family? And would she and a certain redneck ever get along? UPDATES: DAILY. This is a fem!reader fic, but you can ignore gender if you like<3 Hopefully, you'll enjoy the story! If there's any mistakes let me know. And just enjoy!<33 NOTE: Obviously all characters belong to the walking dead, apart from any oc's or storylines I may add!

You met Maggie Greene at NYU: you were studying fine arts, she was studying agricultural sciences. She was finishing up undergrad while you were finishing your masters. Maggie being from the South and you being from the North, your world views were vastly different; that's probably why you clicked so well. You both graduated in May, the world fell in August. You had no one, and so you drove as far and fast as you could, knowing if there was anyone you could turn to, it was Maggie. While on the Greene Family Farm, you meet ex-sheriffs deputy Rick Grimes, aiding in saving his son's life. He couldn't thank you enough. There's a pang in your chest, as you learn a lesson on patience- the fact that good things take time. ~I DO NOT CLAIM TO OWN TWD OR ANY OF ITS CHARACTERS~
