In a world where beings called 'Sirens' dwell, a Siren named Marcus loves to sing but he doesn't like his power, which is water. He must deal with this problem in his world of elemental powers and songs. Along the way, Marcus meets another Siren named Ignis, whom is a pain in his side. What will happen to Marcus? Will he be able to do what he loves most? And what will happen to the relationship between the two Sirens?

➖After her mother's death, seventeen year old Karis tries to drown herself and is mysteriously saved by a boy who assumed she was unconscious. But some things he says don't add up, and he realizes the consequences of his actions, since saving drowning humans is against the law. So he gives her two choices: Never speak a word of what happened and go back to whatever life she despised so much, Or Come with him to an underwater city she never thought existed. After choosing the latter in a risky gamble, both her and the boy might be in for more than they bargained for when they discover the city is under attack. Will they be able to save it and the people in it in time, or will following the boy be a big mistake? I have been on display for the humans as long as I can remember. I'm nothing but a trained seal, a show pony. Something to "ooh" and "ahh" at by young and old their hands and faces pressed against the glass of my prison. I follow every order. I obey every command. I have to, though I resent his control over my life with every fiber of my being. If I disobey, if I become too much of a problem, he may give me exactly what I wish for. It all started with a simple question: "If you could do it again... Would you? If you knew that things were going to end this way... Would you still do all of it again? Or would you run from it? Save yourself?" Such a simple question, though maybe not so simple. For when a question like that was asked... A curse was born. The story follows eighteen-year-old Nicholas Fraiser, or just Nicki for short, who moved to America from England when he was about fourteen years old. After moving around a lot because of his family's work, Nicki finally settled in a town called Phanta, where he will be finishing out his senior year. Phanta is a beautiful seaside town, surrounded by the ocean, though a silhouette of an island can very faintly be seen out in the distance. This island holds many secrets and tragedies that Nicki will soon be aware of. Tragedies he may have at one point been a part of. There's something more to Nicki than he realizes. Little does he know, moving to Phanta and meeting three girls was just another step of setting history repeating back in motion. Though... This was set in stone from the very beginning-- from the moment Nicki was born into this world. A path was already laid out in front of him. "You've fought long and hard. Scott was a siren who lived with this friends (as his family was dead) in the waters near a small town. Scott often hung with the sailors while he also sold coral and fish in town for food and money. They both lived very different lives. Their futures were all ready set. That was until they met. When Martyn laid his eyes on Scott fate changed. Will they ever be together? Or are their lives too different And set paths too far away? (This might go unfinished up it will be my summer goal to finish it so I hope I do and wether I do or not I hope you enjoy, also trust the process as it starts in 1st person but turns 3rd when it gets more into the story)Complete
