Hiccup: everything was in ruins no one was left in Burk, so he ran with Toothless and never looked back, but little did he know there was a ship of survivors headed in the same direction as him. 

Merida: her mother finally let her be free of marriage after the whole bear thing. Soon a ship of bloodied and burned Vikings showed up she was overwhelmed and decided to go out on Angus for a ride.

Little did they know both of them would be changed that night. 

Hiccup and Merida meet on less than good terms, but soon that will all change.
