The Restless

The lives of very different people intertwine in unexpected ways; Morgan and Rebekah, are now alone, fleeing the suddenly zombie-filled streets of Virginia Beach. During their cross-Virginia odyssey to find a safe place for them to stay, it looks like the end of the world. But Collin, his younger brother William, and their ill-tempered cousin Mason will do whatever they have to to stay alive. Even if that means just lifting each others spirits on off days. Axel, once in a group of people, finds herself alone, and is completely mortified that her worst nightmare has come true. She is terrified of zombies and cannot seem to stop running into them. Flynn struggles to keep his small group of five alive; Nadene and her three-year-old daughter Ashlyn, Larry the poetic comedian, and Makayla, the former high school student. Fate puts them together - total strangers - and before the day is done, they have become more than just friends and allies-they are bonded as tightly as any people who have been to war together; Once known, they will do whatever they can to keep each other alive. Run, fight, pick each other up when they stumble, maybe they'll even fall in love. But as they travel down the desolate road, they realize that there may be a deeper meaning behind this sudden apocalypse that no one considered. Could there be a deeper meaning behind this sudden turn of events? And if so, will they figure it out?
