It's been a whole year since the Paladins of Voltron got separated during Haggar's wormhole sabotage and since then, nobody has seen the Lions or heard from their pilots. They are considered to be dead, but after four souls find and nurse the Black Paladin back to health as well as fix his Lion, they make it their duty to find the remaining Paladins and their Lions. 
    
Though how can a teenage princess, an ex-Galra soldier and two ex-bounty hunters assist in taking down an entire empire, you ask? Well, no one said it was going to be an easy task, though it doesn't mean to say it's impossible.
    
Princess Telenum of Rhilem and her loyal friends Thace, Rolo and Nyma form an unlikely team, disregarding each others' species as they fight for the same cause. It's only natural that the foursome would gain some unwanted attention at times, but what matters to them most is seeing their objectives through (as well as their friendship) even if they have to pay a price for their actions.

It's been years since the universe had seen the great Paladins of Voltron in battle. Years since those paladins have seen the lions. The universe was saved, so the lions left. Until now. The paladins are older now, and each have their own families. Hunk and Shay decided to settle down, and had a son named Erik. He looked a lot like Hunk, but was very Bulmeran. Shiro met an alien named Hel while on a special mission. The two fell in love and had a baby boy named Kade. Kade had black messy hair, and dark skin like Hel. Pidge didn't end up having any kids, but Matt on the other hand had a daughter named Evelyn. Evelyn was a lot like the siblings, with the same Gunderson charm. Lance settled down with Allura, and had a daughter named Isla. Isla looked very much like Allura, but with Lances brown hair and a strange condition with her skin tone. She ended up with a very light skin tone, due to a strange Altean occurrence. When no Altean father is present, the child takes the skin tone of the closest Altean male. Since that was Coran, Isla ended up with lighter skin, but Lance and Allura had no problems with it. Some time after Allura had passed away, Lance and Keith realized they had feelings for each other. They soon adopted a daughter named Abbey. Abbey had been through a lot regarding families, so she wasn't fond of siblings. Soon enough though, her and Isla became great friends. Even though Pidge had no children, all the kids thought of her as the cool aunt. They were all friends, and hung out quite often. This is the story of the Voltron Descendants. (This is a story me and my friends are writing. The new characters are OC's of ours, and we wanted to do something with them. In this universe, Allura made it past the final battle, but passed away when Isla was young. All of the kids are fairly smart since Pidge educated them, but a few are more impulsive than others.)

The Paladins of Voltron are missing, only Coran Shiro, and Princess Allura got out of that battle. The black lion was the only one to make it back to the castle. Then lions Green, Blue, Red, and Yellow where all taken with their Paladins. The green Paladin hasn't been heard from longest, Katie was separated due to her scientific mind and technological mind/ insight. The only thing know about her, is that she is never in the same prison too long. Keith was put in a cell only drones can access, due to his Galra roots. Lance is on the same ship as Keith, but in a standard cell, he is just trying to figure out a way to get him and Keith free. Hunk already escaped, and got his lion, he has been making a b-line for the Balmera and Shay. He was in the lowest security cell, so broke out pretty easily. The Galaxy has been searching for their heroes, the Paladins of Voltron, and they get closer every day. The Garrison have been trying to get in contact with the Paladins for years now, unaware that those who they need to rescue them, are the ones in need of rescuing. Different situation to the end of season six and of season seven. I know this isn't what happens, but this is a Fanfic, not the actual thing. Go to Netflix if you can't handle this, but seriously. I own nothing but storyline and plot, everything else goes to Netflix.

Lance's communications cut out in the middle of a battle with the Galra. No one had been watching him or seen him since the battle started, and when the battle had finished they had all landed on a small lush planet nearby, but Lance hadn't come out. When they had looked at his Lion, there had been a large hole blown through the side of her head, and no pilot. Now, with the Galra getting more powerful the search for the Cuban boy had dwindled and everyone felt his disappearance much more. But a new group of rebels seemed to have risen from the tides of war and begun fighting. The team could tell they were advanced as they would save planets the team could not get to in time. They didn't have a name, but their victorys were known all across the universe. Allura decided an alliance with them would be best. ~~ Alright, let's go along some stuff before we get started. 1. This is my first actual book, but I'll take whatever help you'll give me if your not mean. 2. I'm mainly winging this. I have no idea how it will turn out. 3. I'm a new writer. The only thing I've written is reports for school and some one shots I used as practice. 5. This will probably be short or discounted if I give up, but I do want to do this. I won't probably leave this unfinished, but if I want to get done fast it will probably be rushed at the end. Also, please read the first chapter cuz that's where all the warnings and the into is.
