Growing up in a tower isn't easy, but it's the only life Rapunzel has ever known, and she wouldn't trade it for anything.  The only real blemish is the suitors who persist in attempting to rescue her, despite her repeated declarations that she's perfectly happy right where she is.  But her seventeenth birthday is fast approaching, and if she doesn't find her one true love by then, she'll have to leave the tower forever.

What's a princess to do who isn't interested in, well, anyone?

There will be no smut, but there will be mentions of sex, abuse, abandonment, a little bit of swearing and this list could be updated as the story goes on. I usually don't write romance, but I want to get better at it, so here we go... About updates, I wish I could say I will be posting at least once a day but I know that won't be true because I'm currently editing my book that I am publishing this summer (2020) and this story is more of just a de-stressor (is that a word) so the grammar and writing, especially the tense (it will most likely flip between present and past tense, just pretend it is all the same) might not be perfect, but I just felt like writing it. Every fairy tale has their typical happy ending but it looks as though these ones had to take detours and backtrack on the way to theirs... oh well.
