Castiel is deaf after a bad fever at the age of 3. He is now a Junior. His older brother Gabriel and him live together after a quick move once they raised the money to. They live a hard life, supporting themselves and attending school at the same time, but they manage. It wasn't until a new kid moves to Jackson High School with a family friend the same age as Gabriel that things start to change. Whether for better or worse is for you to find out.
