Is a transfer student in a classroom 3"E" along with a mysterious creature Koro-sensei the government ask the students from 3"E" to assassinate Koro- Sensei along with the new student to help out .Tadaomi Karasuma , Military of Defense explained that this creature was the one who destroyed the moon, Unmaximum speed 20 mach if the students from 3"E" success they will be rewarded with 10 Bilion yen if they manage to assassinate Koro -Sensei by the end of graduation.
He explains that theres an experiment loose that they cannot find that its hidden in the shadows ..
